shit ... I wonder how well it would transfer over into some southern cooking .... I'm thinking " Nicky Fritoes Freshly Pumiced Grits ... put some blackened Shrimp over the top with some fresh herb butter and garlic ...... side of saute'ed greens .....

How about a combo up of well sifted corns and and ground toenail powder kind of like a lawry's seasoning salt or maybe high dollar small batch artisan bags of polenta if the color/texture has enough yellow tint to it. Call it the "Toe-n of Kings" brand.
