3 amps test - Mark IV vs Peavey Triple XXX vs Ultra plus

So, here's a little blind test for you all gain maniacs! 3 amps + 4 different cabs (two notes + Ownhammer IRs) - guess which one is which!
Two Notes NOS 412, Ownhammer Mesa 412, Ownhammer Mesa Rectifier 212, Two Notes Uber75 412
NOTE THAT THIS IS A BLIND TEST!



Mark IV settings - Pentode + mid gain lead gain 7 , drive 4

Triple XXX - crunch channel gain 3
Ultra plus - crunch channel gain 7
ESP Eclipse - Suhr Reactive Load - Two Notes Wall of sound

That was my guess as well. Ultra was more loose, Mark had more low end, XXX brighter.

Damn it. The Ultra sounded more like a scooped Mesa GEQ, but you had the mids a tad higher on the Mesa. Sneaky bastard. The XXX is so rude sounding it just stands out. Cool clips!
