Holy cow! Tried one of these today and it is a Beast! It was the 40 watt, two channel model. When you hit the tight switch and turn it off, the gain channel becomes a huge nasty glorious gob of hard rock, metal goodness. With it on you get more traditional and very nice rock and hard rock tones. This amp really rocked my socks. Bad news is that it was 3K.. :aww: Looked online and they have a 100 watt model for only....4K! Kill me now.

This vid is the amp maker

I thought it had a nice convincing gainy plexi tone in that vid!

I found this vid and thought it was pretty rockin too...

Thats my video lol, was a cool amp but needed a drive to bring it to modern metal type tones. I had it for a month and ended up selling it.

Man, the one I played yesterday had a ton of gain and when the the tight switch was disengaged it really blew up in a good way. Couldn't imagine needing more gain than it had. I was playing a Les Paul.

In my video the gain is almost maxed out with the clipping diodes engaged, it was a great amp but was based more in the 80's metal camp, just not the more modern gain that I had wanted. I have another video up where I was testing it at Matts music with almost the same settings just turned up real loud.

I ordered one of these back in December from Righteous Guitars. I am eagerly awaiting it.

That's actually where I tried the amp. It was a CSR 40. I think you will dig the hell out of it. I like that store. The sales guys are very chill and helpful.

That's where I first heard the amp too! I have family in the area and drop by the shop when I visit. They have some killer gear. Jeff and Ben are good people.
