I'm off (not to golf) to the guy who does my amp tech work. I have a few vintage amps that I've bought long enough ago that they were "used" amps. I got him to give them a good check up.
The slightly bad part is the tech lives 1 hour away, each way. No big deal though, it's a nice drive and me and the wife/not wife (we're not married but are as-good-as) will go for a drive.
Before anyone tries to manipulate my living situation into something it's not...the mother of my daughter died quite young from cancer. It was a long time ago. No need to post condolences. I've never remarried. Never will.

Trump is just talking out his ass as usual trying to bolster support. Nothing new in politics. Anyone who takes his giving 5k or whatever to everyone if Republicans win is full on gullible. I'd say at this point there's an equal chance for Republicans or Dimocrats to take congress. My hope is Republicans keep control. I don't support all the things Trump has done, but want to see the good things keep momentum. Also I don't want to deal with 2 years worth of ridiculous impeachment proceedings if Dims take control because you know that's at the top on their agenda.

I didn’t want the first check back in the days of the Rona, but I did what any patriot would do and bought a gun with it.
Even used the government issued check card for the transaction. Guess if we ever see that $5k, I’ll get another gun of some sort or maybe a nice thermal scope.
