With all the hoopla for the two notes stuff.these mustve been the first of that type of technology.

U have a torpedo live and i think its awesome.
When these ADAs came out they were way out of my price range.

So why werent these the industry standard?

I always wanted to try one in my rig but never did. A buddy used one to go direct with his MP-1 and it sounded pretty good "in the room" but I never got to hear him use it live.

I kust bought some old guitar for the practicing musician mags off ebay and seen an add for one of these ob the back cover. I never really took notice to them.not that i need one, but arr they discontinued?

I had one. It just didn't sound that great. It was ok, there were a couple of things around at the time. None of them were very good that I tried- except the Palmer.

Sounded really good I thought when you pushed the cab choice buttons so they were all out (don't know why). You have control over top and bottom end as well. I have one I would sell if anyone is interested. it is in almost mint condition. PM me if you have interest. Thanks

At the time they were popular, Marshall 412's were more popular and sounded better ;)

the cab sims sounded like plastic, that's why they weren't that popular. i couldn't get rid of mine fast enough.

Yup, I had an ADA amplulator which was power amp emulation (via a 12ax7  ), in addition to all the microcab features. Very plastic and shitty sounding indeed.

I thought we were talking about those ADA 212 cabs

I had 2 of those for a stereo rig with my ADA MP1. The best thing I ever did was dump all the ADA stuff.
