Did he bust his $8000 banjo out? I want to catch him live pretty soon but I can never find out where he's playing. I saw there was show in Ohio a few months ago and I was going to drive down there but I got sidetracked and forgot How was his tone? It sounds incredible on some vids, especially for the simplicity of his rig.

I'm pretty sure it was just a 5150 halfstack with a Roland delay or something.

I'm definitely going to have a catch one of his shows. I know for a while there he was using
dual recs with his Gibson and I think someone here on RT said he switched to a stiletto deuce recently. That Les Pauls got tone for days...
