Am I Being Unreasonable?

Totally.

As a seller, why would I refuse regular PP Goods & Services if the buyer is covering the fees? Makes no sense unless I was planning on screwing you over.
Yeah, this is a reasonable compromise. I think my entire issue with this transaction is that he wanted me to eat the fees, then offered to split them, which turned me off to the deal. He was more than happy going off reverb to save hundreds of dollars I sales tax and shipping but wasn't willing to cover the fees on my end, so I walked.

If someone is willing to cover the fees, G&S works fine with me.

Yeah, I've gone back and forth with people about the fees before. Both as a seller and as a buyer. As a seller, I want the buyer to cover the fees. As a buyer, I want the seller to cover the fees haha. It goes both ways. Splitting the fees is an ok compromise, within the context of the deal as a whole. If there are other nuances at play like shipping, platform fees, etc., that all comes into play. So it's on a deal-by-deal basis.
