I would be careful wrapping anything in plastic as I thought the same with some things in storage when we were having our house built. It ended up trapping moisture and ruined dozens of my paintings. PLX I think is right about adding the damp rid if going with plastic.
I would add that cedar is good at keeping a lot of pests like mice and insects away (I think mold, too). Perhaps build an enclosed cedar bench, line it with plastic, and store it inside the bench? I would still worry about oxidation. Dielectric grease on valve tube pins? Probably put that stuff on all of the ground points, fuses, and pot/switch contacts too.

Sorry wasn't trying to pile on B3. I feel like it would be probably be okay. I just wanted to add that wrapping stuff in plastic may end up being worse without things like plx said. Cedar smells really nice, too! We put the dielectric grease on all of our old cars and motorcycles lights, grounds, etc... which seems to help prevent oxidation here in the pnw. I think it's mostly sold as taillight bulb grease or something, but it's not conductive as far as I know, so it could only help, imo.
