Another Kemper vs Real amp - a bit more scientific this time

I can't tell any difference between the various sections of that. It all sounds the same to me and killer!

I think it is time for people to finally admit that with these new units, you simply cannot hear the digitulz in recordings.

That said, for me it still breaks down in the room live and loud - I prefer tube amps there...

Of course, to any audience, Kemper FOH is gonna be great sounding. And if I were gigging and I did not have a roadie to carry my W/D/W equipment and set it up, I'd be fine with a Kemper live setup. Carry in my guitar, green box, and in ears monitors. How convenient is that?

Hard to tell at first. I couldn't tell there was 2 amps. Also it needs a split in the middle between the two amps with the same exact riffs played. But it sounds good anyone. Sounds just like one amp all the way through.

I knew this right away but didn't want to blow your comparison. I could hear digital artifacts all over it and there's also an .07db rolloff at 25hz, 320hz, 576hz, 1279hz, 10,029hz and a .004db boost between 19,077hz and 19,187hz.

Really easy to pick it out if you listen closely.

What sprung it for me was Vlad sent me the video of this.
On the second part he came sliding in the kitchen floor on his knees playing a Muted Arpeggio.
that was the dead give away that when he did that.... he was playing the Kemper.

I've been using the kemper for almost 4 years now and I'm still blown away by it. It's definitely one of the best pieces of gear I've purchased ever. Cheers!

I am glad that someone else likes the Kemper as much as I do . I wasn't going to go back to digital, but after I tried the Kemper I was blown away. I thought the tech was cool, but I wasn't sure how it would be in real-life. I gotta say I was a bit disappointed initially because the profiles it came with weren't all that great. I was hoping to not have to profile anything. Well, I ended up hating most profiles I tried and started making my own. That's when I absolutely fell in love with it.

Boy do I hear you! I thought all, if not most of the stock profiles were horrible but I had heard enough clips to know that here was something to the Kemper. I downloaded a few hot rodded Marshalls and then I was hooked! It's definitely a great piece of Gear. I'm also digging the Amplifire by atomic amps. It's a great time for gear Cheers!

Monsieur Savage is on to something here btw. I did hear those same things, but he just was able to put it in writing... eh, wait, whatta...?!

I do love my Kemper, and with Vrad profiling his stuff it certainly is a dream come true for me. Plug in, choose, go. Record or play live, works so well.
