Dan, the Nitrox seems to be going for that searing and sizzling top end, modern brutal type of tone that you have more than covered with your FJA modded recto. I think with the Nitrox you'd be getting a worse version of what you already have.
I would look into the Spec Op if you were going to go the Diamond route.
They're located here in Houston. I've heard a few guys here playing Phantoms, and they all sounded great. I can't afford the price tag, so I've never really bothered to hunt one down and try for myself.

yea dont hear much about them ,ive seen 5 finger live with them and they sounded great, sevendust also
take this one for what its worth, theres another one on there with the tone king ,but he annoys the shit out of me ,with his boys and girls
Never heard the issue between Diamond and Suhr. Very interesting. I had a CAA se plus and while it was a great amp, I actually prefer the Phantom. What details can we get about this issue between both companies??
