I was wondering if anyone has both programs and can tell me what I'm doing wrong? I can see the Superior Drummer and EZDrummer .dll files in my Reaper "VST" folder but when I try to pull it up, I don't see it listed alongside the other effects. Really driving me crazy. I used to use these programs together just fine and when I got a new computer, I reloaded these and now they are not jiving with one another.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The reaper forum is your bible my friend. There's guys there that know literally everything and more about reaper and every single fathomable way to use it. If I was to help you I would say to make sure you go into the preferences and then plugins then make sure the folder you have the EZdrummer dll in is part of your plugin library by hitting ADD (i think) and then close reaper and reopen it.

Ask ALL reaper questions in the cockos reaper forum. Trust me, the guys in there will save your life. But if you ever want to ask me reaper questions, PM me anytime and I can try to help. But none of the guys in there get mad or insulted at all by n00b questions so don't be afraid.

Thanks man! I'll go in there and give it a whirl. Appreciate the help!

Like I said though, if not, hit the cockos forum. Any question big, small, simple, complex, they can answer it.

try going into options=>vst=>re-load plugins=>add destination
something to that effect.
it should search for all plugins and load any it finds.

I dont have EZ Drummer, but try:

Options-> preferences-> Plugins-> VST

Make sure the folder directory is the same as where your plugins are. Also hit the clear cache / rescan button.

Also, when you are creating the track check what type of plugin.

On the left side of the screen right click, and select virtual instrument on new track. When the window pops up, make sure on the left side you select "all plugins" at the very top. This should show you everything you have available.
