Cool concept and all but I think I'm done with mine. Think I'll just put a trem stopper on and be done with it. My big hand have a hard time with those tiny screw heads and getting them tight

Maybe I'm just slow :aww:

I like mine. Only problem is the cavity plate doesn't fit over it and from rubbing against it the little set screw wheely things keep coming off.

Not a fan of the whole idea, I like to pull up.

yeah this. Don't see the point of having a floyd if you don't actually want to use it (more trem stopper I know)

I use the Floyd but not all the time. When I'm not using it,it can be a PITA like If you want to change between tunings.Lock in the tremel-no in hardtail mode, changing tunings is no problem.

I use the ESP arming adjuster. I can still pull up with it and I set the spring with enough resistance to keep the unit in tune if I break a string.

I am actually contemplating picking up two of them for my PRSi so I can play around with alternate tunings without having to set up the guitar again...damn floating bridges!

I had the same problem with mine... I could never get the screws tight enough and they would loosen up and fall off. I don't use it any more.

I pretty much only use mine when I'm changing strings. Other than that I take the majority of the assembly off. Definitely was a cool concept, but I also prefer to float my Floyd's now.

lol, just last night at my gig one of the little set screws came off and rolled across the stage while I was playing

I'm going to sell it and just block the trem. Cool design but just not for me

I use Floyd bridges but I don't actually abuse the bar. I just love how a Floyd-style bridge feels under my palm.
And also because the tuning stability is second to none. And it's nice having that precise tuning ability behind my strumming hand.
Don't like the Tremol-No for all the reasons stated already. Instead I use a brass L-shaped block on all my trem guitars with the trem's claw springs tensioned extra-tight against the brass stopper.
Feels exactly like a hard tail guitar. No give at all. And the option to dive-bomb is still there if I need it.
I use this guys trem-stopper in all my Floyd guitars:

I block the trem on my SoCal. I do like the locking nut for tuning stability. With the bridge blocked and the nut locked, that thing never goes out of tune.

thats why you need to own lots of guitars :D

I have one on my jp6 and it works great so far. But I block all my floating bridges completely anyways. Next time I'll just go the cheap route with the little screw brass blocker for $5. Gets the job done just as well.
