I hoard lots of stuff. I have around 25 pickups sitting in my box. Have 50+ pedals. I do have 100's of tube though.

I plan on selling a lot of these soon, I just started collecting the winder's initial sticker era Duncans when I would find them for a good price.
Also have a handful of 80s West Germany Bill Lawrence pickups, they go for a premium with the Dimebag crowd.

I don't see the point, but whatever floats your boat. I've got a few pickups but not dozens. Good choice in pickups though, what's your favorite, the JB, Distortion or Custom? For me it's either the Distortion or Custom, depends on the day.

I couldn't see myself keeping multiples of the same pickup.
Different pickups that have something going on that I like I will keep around.
Most of the time though, if I decided to remove them from a guitar, I do not like it enough to keep it.
