Yup, anything over 100" is a decent carp.
The only carp I've ever eaten was from one of my own indoor fish tanks back in the '90s. 2'-long carp in a 4' tank, so something had to give in the end. All the lemon and butter in the world couldn't cover up the awful flavour and weird fattiness. There's an art to cookin' carp and whatever the tricks are I wasn't aware of them back then.
