There is an antique store called Pickers Paradise that has a guitar I am interested in. Doesn't ship and is a 6-7 hour drive for me.

I called and he said he was too busy to send me a photo of the neck/back. But then talked to me for 10 minutes about all the guitars he has there (could have snapped a quick photo in that 10 minutes). I'd like to check the guitar out, but worried this guy just showed a cool picture online to try to bait people to come to his store and look at his other stuff. I'd hate to drive 12-14 hours round trip to find out he "just sold it that morning" or some bullshit.

Anyone been there or close enough to do a recon? Its an hour and a half south of Pittsburg and near no other major city that I can tell.

Looks like he has a bunch of guitars, like he said. Just don't know if he has the one I talked to him about.

I'm familiar with the other stores in that area (music center @bridgeport, fawley's, showtime), never heard of that one.

Yeah said he's got a few collectors that when they need money sell him a bunch of stuff. He went on listing some nice vintage gear as well as newer stuff. But it seemed odd to me why multiple collectors would dump a bunch of high end guitars at an antique store in the middle of no where on a regular basis. But if they don't want to drive and need cash fast...I guess it makes sense?

Just not willing to drive to find out unless I can get more info on these guys and confirm he's got the guitar I am interested in.

If he wouldn’t take the time to take a pic I would not take the time to drive there. Shady.
Yeah even if I called before I left and he showed me a pic (could be old), I felt like I'd get there and he'd be like, sorry it sold two hours ago, didin't want to call you cause you I wanted to show you think blah blah over here.
