Was thinking about getting a Mojotone 1x12 and was wondering if the speaker wires have clips or have to be soldered? Also was wondering about the speaker holes. Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

I bought a new Mojotone 2x12 cab in the last 6-months and it came with speaker wires with the clips. They didn’t need to be soldered.

It came with speaker mounting screws too.

I got a demo unit via Reverb. Came with a harness and clips. The harness wires were on the short side though. It worked but was kind of awkward.

Cab's been OK.

I got a 2x12 new. They come with clips and wiring to run in series or parallel. Well-built cabs. mine sounds great with a 65-watt Creamback and a GT12T-75.

I have one and the wires have spades. But I solder them anyway. If you run it at full tilt long enough, parts vibrate loose.
I really like this approach. The spade connectors hold everything in place to warm the connector with the iron and add a clean drop of solder. When it comes time to swap speakers, just warm the connector to slide it off.

Spade connectors only come off if improperly tensioned. If you put them on and take them off odds are you need to re tension them. Pliers works fine for this. But if you never plan to swap speakers then I'd solder them.

I have a Marshall 2x12, the JVM or JCM2000 badge model. I run that thing at full tilt all the time. After about six mos, it almost disintegrated. Every single screw and bolt was loose. The speakers almost fell out. Hasn't happened since I cinched it all down, but Hard use will make stuff come loose.
