Anyway to convert a Rearloaded cabinet to Frontloaded?

Hi,

Sorry if this is a stupid question since I'm almost sure that it is not possible but I bought a Rearloaded cabinet with V30 that I don't like the sound much. (sorry :) )
Is it possible to convert it to a frontloaded?
I was afraid of not liking the frontloaded so I bought the rearloaded, but I think that the more "direct" sound of the frontloaded would be a better option for me.
 
In general terms, it is possible, but it requires so much extremely carefull work and still the end result may not be what you really want it to be and the cab will not ever be equal to similar cabinet that is originally made front loaded. So, I strongly recommend you to sell the cab and buy a new one.
