Arcane Pickups...?

I was also curious about these high output models, but never pulled the trigger. Are there any mixed magnet models so far?

I felt the opposite with XIII. It was a smooth pickup, maybe a bit too smooth compared to PAF pickups or so. Maybe in another amp they might shine better.

Never seen mixes with A8s. I know Fender makes strat and tele single coils that are A2/A5 mixes though.

Could just be me. The tech I had put it in seemed unfamiliar with A8s and said he thought it lowered the high end frequency (so smoothed out the top end?).
