I couldn't tell you, but I can tell you it is, or at least was, a thing. The kid on my truck was an MP and deployed in Afghanistan in 2016. They had them in there. They have to do some counseling bullshit, but the taxpayers are picking up their transition surgeries. Fucking crazy shit.
