Whataboutism

You might be right spud. But you're not. Since it's the same guys, same grift, different recipient - I'll point out that whataboutism needs a totally different perp and totally different scam by definition - not the same guys (US govt) and the same scam (handing over money) with a different "scam-ee" (lol).

I realize this is subtle so if you don't get it and want to argue go for it. But if you take some time and think about it you might see that I'm correct. I'm not going to re-explain it to you. You have to do the hard lifting now.
