Doesn't let me upload new avatar, re uploads the previous one even after deleting.

Meaning i can delete my avatar but when I upload the new one, it really uploads the original

What's more weird, it shows in the main forum latest ..but not when you click on the thread.

To show I'm not crazy, it's a picture of your new guitars and the katana, but it's sideways.

When I checked this just-now, there was no avatar.

I uploaded a test avatar for him and whaddaya know, now the pic you saw is in-effect.

One difference 'though, it's not-sideways, so I've managed to kinda-sorta half-fix the problem.

Sorry about all the hyphens; I think they're technically-correct. D'Oh!

@OldGtrGuy I can't delete the avatar - only upload a new one, which as I said, I tried a moment ago.

OK so I have a theory:
It's simple - there's a delay of between 5 and 10 minutes involved.

Same issue trying to upload a new one. Deleting seems to work instantly, trying to upload just shows the old one, even after logging out, closing browser, logging back in. Just tried again. Currently showing old avatar, we'll see if it changes after 10 minutes like the monkey says.

For me, It only changed when I selected it, but didn't choose upload. On mobile. It changed it, but not the right way. So weird.

Selected but didn't upload? What I do is "browse" and choose the image in my file browser. After the file browser closes, I'm taken back to the RT avatar chooser where it shows the old image, and the name of the new image in the "browse" box. Then the old image blinks, and the name in the "browse" box disappears but the old image remains.

Weird, did the same ...but it stayed...in the actual avatar. Not in the box, the file extension disappeared. I just never choose ok. So strange ... incidentally, I saw yours ...then it changed back.

Hmm, what was it before it changed? For a bit I had mine deleted.

Ok, just tried that, we'll see how it goes. Browsed, let it blink and erase the filename in the box, then exit without clicking "ok". Still seeing old avatar at the moment.
