it's for a homebrew cab i'm going to build. cab will be 3/4" mdf. i was wondering if i should just use the mdf for the baffles or use 1/2" plywood? what say you rigtalk?

Might be cool? Would rather see you try 5/8, 1/2 is pretty thin. Would suggest a good center brace.

Bogner uses 5/8" for the baffle, and it lets some sound come through the board.

I've done the opposite, with 1/2 everywhere on the box, but 3/4 baffle. Sound really comes through the 1/2. Did mine trying to make a super light cab.
