I loved the juggernaut, tight, clear, articulate and great for gain. I had a Jackson Misha and the guitar and pickups ripped. One of my favorite pickups I’ve played.
I haven’t come across many pickups that remained as tight as the juggernaut and also remained clear with distinguishable notes. Very mean also with some growl as well.
For high gain stuff, the juggernaut, second degree black belt, the lynch super v (in maple body guitar), and steckel candy are, to me at least, the best I’ve played for high gain stuff. Also great for cleans. These pickups are all quite different, but I’ve tried many pickups and these 4 were, to me, the best for what I like.
The dimarzio jake Bowen sig model was quite similar to the juggernaut.
