Higher GDP to debt ratio means more leverage over debt.


Higher GDP also means higher revenue to lower debt.


So you increase leverage over debt, bring higher revenue to lower debt all while growing the economy. And with record investment in the US thanks to Trumps deals and a weak dollar it actually is good for everyone not just Republicans but Democrats as well and all Americans.



Regarding fiscal conservatism/balancing National Debt/Budget ImO it’s just a fallacy especially amongst the Republican Party and every Republican and Conservative and we should all kind of know this by now. In modern times no Republican has really done it and as Republicans thats a truth we should accept. It’s always been about moving money from the public sector to the private sector and making the economy boom……



The whole point here wasn’t to regulate the debt or to actually control government debt, not saying the BBB won’t do so but the whole point was to bring in the Tax Cuts and solidify them along with other tax cuts, cut public funding to some degree or curb it to some degree and transfer wealth from the public sector to the private sector pushing the economy to DOW 50,000 and beyond especially now in the dawn of the AI age while America has an edge over much of the world in that regard.



America has to hit the ground running in the 21st Century and the BBB will do that all other things aside ImO.

Also there are two types of Balances that many just jumble up as “debt” but they are two different things although connected one can say….


One is The Budget and the other is National Debt and balancing both…..



The only Presidents to balance the budget in modern times was B Johnson and Clinton…….


When it comes to the National Debt and balancing that no President has done that for close to 200 years since President Jackson in 1835…..



So being realistic its a pretty tall ask and just an unrealistic ask for any “fiscal conservative” for now all of a sudden demand fiscal Santa Claus exist all of a sudden or being upset he doesn’t exist or simply cant exist….. its just not possible or in any case all that probable.


No President has done either/or in this century….. nvm Balancing the National Debt over this century and the last so why expect or demand President Trump do so and being upset he won’t or just cant because it’s asking to do the damn near impossible….. it’s like being upset Santa Claus doesn’t exist from an economics perspective :dunno:



Balancing or Curbing the Budget I think is more probable especially with maybe even more cuts in the public sector and leveraging National Debt is more probable and much more likely than balancing National Debt as no one has done that in close to 200 years as said……. In either case higher GDP growth leads to higher revenue and that helps both try to balance the Budget and leverage the National Debt.



Rather than focus on imposible things or less probably things like Balancing the National Debt…….. President Trump is focusing on the important things first and what actually matters first and is practical with the $$$Big Beautiful Bill$$$ to Make America Great Again ^_^

pretty weird how there's always billions of dollars just lying around whenever ICE needs concentration camps but there's never any money when children need healthcare or a simple school lunch. oh well just one of those things I guess

Pretty much if you are able bodied you arent dipping into the coffers and getting free Health Care anymore especially if you dont pay taxes or are some fucking illegal….. makes complete fucking sense no?
