Call me crazy but the song Ram it Down is pretty rippin and that twin lead is legendary. That lead tone paved the way for Painkiller. I respect Ram it Down personally.

I would never say someones opinion is wrong, and I don't think the song is bad either.
As a whole, I'm not a fan of that album, and I love Priest.

I agree that the album overall falls flat and is full of stinkers but there are 3 or 4 on there which I think are solid. Maybe a little too much chorus on stuff which they dialed back on Painkiller but works for the song. But you guys aren't wrong.. the stinkers REALLY blow.

Turbo gave me turberculosis. When I first heard it I couldn’t breathe

I kind of like the song in a cheesy closeted fun boy' way but there is zero question that the song and video are G A Y as gay can be. Tell me there's no otttthhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaa... we hold each other closer, as we head to overdrive... lol come on man. Talk about making someone your bottom, sounds like Rob is a Top!

Well, you can scratch Grinder, Jawbreaker and a dozen others off your Priest mix tape then!

I've seen them a few times since Surgical Steel was released, and they kicked ass every time.
Surgical Steel is a great album, absolutely vicious. Actually listening to Torn Arteries right now.

EXACTLY ... Ram It Down is awesome...just take out the Johnny be goode cover and it is Stellar

yep, great comeback album .. so much better than Swansong (which I still dig) .. and lets not even bring up Blackstar hahaha

Wild nights hot and crazy days is fuckin elite
I won't hear otherwise

I'm not sure you understood the assignment.
I didn’t notice that comeback referred to time between albums. For Rush, Caress of Steel nearly ended their record deal and possibly would have been the demise of the band. 2112 was their “last chance” from the record label and when it was a success it solidified their future as a band, is what I meant.
