Seriously consider Larriveé guitars.... I have an OM03 and it ROCKS! I only wish they'd come with the 1 11/16" nut size..... I feel a lot more comfortable with that size but still plays and sounds awesome.

Laravee or Taylor. The lower end Taylors are way better than the G series Tak's. Although if you can run into a deal on a MIJ Tak or Alverez, they are really good. The Breedlove is a pretty good bang for your buck.

Get a used Westerly R.I. Guild and you'll thank me later...

This, if possible, but the mid-range ones made overseas are surprisingly good, too...

I went through several Taks and the lower end Martins before I found a good price on a used Taylor 310ce. It kicks the piss out of rest I have tried in that price range. I never liked the Tak pickup system, but the the 310 I have has the older Fishman blender system and it is fantastic.

At first I was thrown off about the epiphone name, but when I got mine I was so damn suprised! Here is the model I got... a dr 500mce in vintage sunburst. Which one did you get?

Ha! I decided yesterday that I am getting one of those.

Cant blame you one bit... I hope you love it, the only thing I needed to do with mine was change the strings. It plays fantastic, and is all solid woods! Cant beat the price!!!
