That has to be the sloppiest mess of attempted sweep picking that I've ever heard. WTF was Guitar World thinking by actually shooting a video of this hack? I've never listened to Nile, and now I'm quite happy that I haven't. He makes Kerry King look like Al Di Meola.

Oh wait, I do know one thing. That was miserably bad.

Attention people who sweep. A sweep arpeggio is impressive when you hear every note in the sweep. With him I hear the first note, a big bunch of garble and then the highest note and then a big bunch of descending garble and then the last note. I'm going to guess he hits about 11% of the notes he is supposed to in those arpeggios.

Then again what do I know? Guitar World is talking to him and the only thing they talk to me about is getting a subscription.
