Dude, c'mon. Those ARE the numbers. Trump won by plurality but also by 1.5% more votes cast for Harris and he did not win the majority of votes. It's not a liberal conspiracy, it's just the facts of the election. Trump won, no one is disputing that.

312 to 226. That was the electoral vote count. She failed to take a single important swing state.

If it was such a close election democrats wouldn't have melted down, spent months blaming Grampy and be shitting their pants right now trying to figure out how to win another national election.

Yet my statement remains true. 49.8% of voters chose Trump, 48.5% chose Harris. Hardly a blowout. A number of close victories add up to a lot of electoral college votes. It could easily have swung the other way and almost certainly will in 2028.

Yes, Trump won a much higher portion of the electoral. That's because the electoral vote is a disproptionate representation of the popular vote. That's how you get results where the winning candidate gets more electoral votes while losing the popular vote. And, it's exactly why lots of us feel that the popular vote should be the ultimate determination. That's the true will of the people.

Again, no one disputes Trump won. But, your feelings that it was a total blowout are not supported by facts. It was close.
