nice tone on that Bob...sounds great with the 2204. I actually thought you had the right amount of gain going on but my pet peeves are too much gain and too much delay

Thanks Shawn and I hear what you're saying. Still, I wouldn't mind just a bit more of an edge on the gain, which I could had using the boost, but decided not to boost.

I run mine in plexi mode boosted.... sounds like true modded marshall.... the normal blue mode is all bogner's take on a marshall sound... cool... but different. ..

Bumping this for some input from XTC owners.

I bought a Red, amazing pedal. Stupid good.

How does the Blue sound compared to the amp? I like the lower gain Bogner tones as well. The Red can cop a good low gain burn with the gain barely cracked. That seems more in the Blue territory.

Anybody running a Blue with an LP into a clean amp?

I tried all three pedals with a LP & Twin .... It seemed to me the Red had considerably more gain that was pretty hot before half up.... the Blue was spread out more over the entire range. I did not spend enough time with the pedals to really compare them fair...
