Ah fuck it, I'm packing everything up anyway...

But there WILL be a sweetass custom Helios and matching 212 arriving to an address in Canada while I'm away. I'll get photos of it to fap to while lounging on the beach, waxing my stick ;)

was on the phone with charlie from bogner around christmas, talking bout my twin jet purple mod. when i asked about when i was getting mine, his exact words were, " oh gee chris, i know you get your orders in quickly, but its gonna be awhile"
soooooo, i say: 2nd quarter 2014- april-ish

hey guys just a noob here

all i can say is that this is an excessively-priced Plexi-style head with spices here and there, and of course that hype. say this because i've bought one and dissected it.

i feel that hauling a hefty step-up tranny to every gig a pain in the ass so i opened it up for mains change (US to EU); contacted the local distributor here, no help at all. contacting 'them' directly to US, mailed the serial number and i said i don't mind voiding the warranty as long they give me the color codes/designations for the PT's primary, send them twice already - and NIL!

i knew for a fact it's an export power transformer alright, Classic Tone customs judging by the end bells, choke and the cable colors; but i don't know which one goes where, yet - i just asked 'them' as a means of courtesy, and to simplify my life of course.

And so, all the effort said to no avail, i took the longest road - build another PT with EU primary myself!

who's the chump now (quoting an infamous quote)?
 
its such a heresy that everyone here post nothing but praises for an amp thats already recycled many a dozen times.
