I still read what is going on over there, when I have time. Just have not had much to say about anything that someone else had not already said. That and I had computer problems for a few weeks.

I have very bad GAS for the Fortin MEATHEAD. It is making it difficult to care about other things like politics, religion, eating, sleeping, the girl.

Yeah, the clean channel did not do a thing for me, I guess that should be a factor, but its not in this case I really liked the gain channel, but I was hearing it through a boogie 2X12 half-back cab, which I hate. I think he will let me try it at home, that will be the real test I have a shot at it for 1200 dollars. seemed like a killer deal, it looks new and is real clean inside. I am on the verge of a cool recording project with a drummer who is fantastic, it seems like a good alternate tone to my Marshalls. Sounds thicker and has a little more depth, but I need it at home to really tell

$1,200 huh? Shit. I just traded my VHT UL for a Rev. Blue Uber plus cash, and I found out the fellow with whom I traded got the damn Uber on ebay for $300 . Many here may have seen that thread which was quite epic, well I now own that amp. The amp was in a headshell that was completely stripped of tolex, and sanded it appears. He gave me $350 cash in addition to my UL. I had an extra XTC shell here that I tossed the Uber (and grill) into and now it looks really good. Sounds really good too. The amp itself is super clean and fairly new, and now I have this extra headshell that I can try to have retolexed in some hilarious color just for fun.

How people get these stupid deals is beyond me!!!!

In any event, BUY THE AMP for that price.

Had one for 3 days. LOVED the overdrive, found the clean unusable. Preferred the SLO.

Had mine on for 10 minutes Rev Blue sold it a day later BIIG let down...Crap effects loop and clean channel.

Did not get a chance to use the loop, I would really just be buying it to record with, and I dont usually track with any effects. I add them later through a Universal Audio plug-in thingy. They are amazing. Would be nice if the loop was usable though. It wouldn't stop me from buying it, I just want the gain channel
