I'm so torn as to which boost pedal i should buy/try next. These are the 4 that i'm considering.

1. Dead Horse

2. OCD

3. Green Rhino

4. Koko Boost

I'm looking to fatten up and add gain to my Marshall Jubilee since i play punk, hardcore and some metal.

Can't comment on either animal pedals, but the OCD isn't usually used as a "boost" like a tubescreamer would be. Fatten up and add gain = Koko lower mid boost, like I mentioned in my thread yesterday.

I personally like the OCD for boosting more that Tubscreamer type pedals. The OCD sounds warmer, fatter and more dynamic. TS pedals sound stiff and cold in comparision.

I may have to just try each one and see what happens. i watch video after video and hope to hear something that wil help me make a good choice but then i second guess myself.

But you probably won't use the OCD the way TS and derivates are used as boosts these days; full level, minimum gain, just to tighten the low end and get a kick in the upper midrange. That's what I meant.

i don't want to lose low end just add more gain/girth and boost the tone that is already there.

The usual TS tightens the low end so it's more focused, you don't really "lose" low end.
The Koko Boost fits what you want to do: either just the clean boost, or any of the 3 mid boost settings.

The OCD might work for you, then. That's how I use mine with a Legacy head, and how I would describe what it does for me. I also use an FD2 with the Legacy, for the application Business speaks of. (But not both at the same time.)

I use a Homebrew Uno Mos for the exact type of boost, just a polish on top of the tone. Works fantastically, priced just around $100 for a boutique pedal.

My OCD (I own V4) really has its own thing going, it does colour the tone
If you have a Jubilee (I suppose it sounds pretty awesome) and only want to emphasize some of its frequencies while keeping the whole tone transparent, Koko or similar is the way to go
But do get an OCD too, it rocks

I've been really tempted to get a Koko, too. I've been listening to demos all week, and I keep seeing it mentioned everywhere I go on the internet. It must be a sign... :D

The Fulltone Secret Freq has also been tempting me, but there is just not enough demo/info out there to sell me on it.

The OCD adds some nice mids with the switch in HP mode actually. And it does tighten the low end like TS based pedals too. I also find the OCD retains more low end than TS as a boost, and with the switch in LP mode it is actually quite transparent.

The OCD is really fat and warm sounding as a boost and I just love how the amp still feels and reacts like a non boosted amp when you use it. I don't get that feeling with other OD pedals. Especially TS types where you lose dynamics and your tone sounds and feels a bit robotic and artificial.
I have SD1, OD3, Green Rhino, Guv'nor, a Timmy clone, & an 808 and the OCD is my favorite for boosting. (Second being the Timmy)

what about the Robin Trower Overdrive which from what one of the dudes in everytime i die told me, it's an OCD with more Sustain.

Haven't played it, but it's Fulltone, I'm guessing it sounds great. Pricey though...

I just got an MK.4.23 and love it. It took the dryness of my Splawn and gave it a more forgiving liquids feel while still retaining its signature tone. I love it

Ever try a Maxon OD808set as a clean boost. I love it and tried Ibanez 808s,ts9,OCD, Deadhorse, and out of those I love it.
