Can string buzz always be fixed??

It was the truss rod. Guy adjusted and good to go. I've been playing since 85' but to be honest, I'm a dabbler with maintenance. I probably should dig in a bit more.

I got a Les Paul Studio Dark Edition about a year ago and I love the guitar but some string buzz that drives me nuts. I had someone set it up at Guitar Center but was a newer kid and don't think it fixed it. There is a guy at a local store I go to that installed my Tonenerd pickup and I'm sure could do a better job but just want to make sure this is something that can be fixed. I didn't know if guitars exist that suck regardless of truss rod adjustment, new strings, etc?

The guitar plays great and sounds awesome (short of that issue).
I've had a Gibson BFG guitar for 17 years, never liked it. 3 weeks ago I took it to Chris Fleming Guitars (ex Fender Custom Shop manager for 20 plus years) up here in Prescott, AZ. I thought it had the 16th fret hump in the neck since that's where it's joined to the body. Well, Chris went over it and said that in his opinion the frets had never been leveled/dressed at the factory. $80 later, no buzzes, no issues, no gripes. So now I'm digging the light weight (weight relieved body) and upgrading the pickups.

Should have taken it in to a pro 17 years ago. My bad. You probably need to have the same thing done, IMO.

A good luthier is amazing . I had all types of problem with one of my guitars necks , drove me nuts . He took one look at it and knew instantly what was wrong and fixed it right at his kitchens counter in under 5 minutes .

Quickly adjusted the truss rod and shimmed the neck very slightly and it was perfect.
