Maybe you can read the entire thread from the beginning tomorrow morning...if you have nothing better to do? Maybe it will make sense as it flows, and in context?

Canada has refused to cooperate with border control; and has been very uncooperative in terms of negotiating reciprocal tariffs. Most Americans that are paying attention to the tariffs are tired of playing nice with Canada.

I had a recent deal fall through purchasing a guitar from a Canadian shop, as the shop was unable to get it through Canadian customs, according to UPS. The shop tried twice to ship it, both failed to clear Canadian customs; US Customs never received custody of the item. It was over a month in duration, when I finally asked for my refund, which I received. So, yes. I'll blame Canada for this too.

Sorry as I'm usually in my basement home studio bright and early with a cup of strong coffee playing guitar and making music to spend much time on this stuff, but every now an then I need a reminder why I would rather make music than waste too much time in the off topic section, but once in awhile its quite interesting..

Hey, I'm no big fan of Trump, but A) not everything the guy does is stupid, incompetent or scandalous and B) it's a hell of a lot better than fucking grampy or the whore from Kalifornia. The thing about Trump is that most of the people who are obsessed with him will go to any length to make the case that whatever it is he's doing is bad. Like deporting illegals, blowing up boats full of cartel members and drugs or remodeling the white house ( which plenty of presidents have done). People who stretch out like that have zero credibility. That's not just disagreeing with this thing or that thing. That's looking for an indictment of anything he does. He does enough dumb shit that you really don't need to make yourself look stupid by blaming him for everything.

Not exactly true. There are things I don't like about America and I'll say so... The stuff I like about it is going to be mostly the same stuff I like about here.I I don't like that often they think they are somehow different or better (often implicitly and often explicitly)... As long as they treat other places with respect and aren't full of themselves then I don't really care where people come from. I'm not a nationalist like a lot of Americans i.e. into a specific country. I'm more into my race and culture as my identity. Being Australian doesn't mean much if your country has been over-run. I don't identify with my own country anymore. They aren't my people any more and it's not the country I was born into. So saying I'm Australian means nothing now.
