You need to look at how much of the population is vaccinated, first off. The vast majority is hence the high percentage you quote. For example if 100% of population was vaxxed.....then 100% in hospital would be vaxxed.

Also understand that the point of Vaccines is to lessen the chance of severe disease, they do not make you completely immune to it.

But you guys knew that already, as usual.

Folks with underlying health issues......obesity, asthma, severe diabetes, etc...will have higher rates of hospitalization from any viral infection....influenza, or covid.
