Captor X DynIRs - Some cabs only support 1 Mic vs 2 Mics?

I just purchased a bunch of DynIR Cabinet Packs (Black & Gold, Mesa Boogie Collection, Pete Thorn Collection) and it looks like every single cab in each of these three packs only supports a single microphone (eg there is no Mic B, or Mic B goes away when you're on a preset with a Mic B and then switch to one of these cabinets, and there doesn't appear to be a way to add a Mic B).
Is this right or am I missing something?
The manual never talks about anything other than two mics to choose from and be able to position. This is a real bummer if these addon packs only support 1 mic, as the option to blend between two mics is what enables me to quickly get sounds I like with this unit. It's also annoying that nowhere does Two Notes indicate some cabs only support one mic and it certainly doesn't indicate that on the sales page of the cabs or the packs. Kind of feels like deceptive marketing to not mention this anywhere, so I'm hoping I'm wrong.
Am I missing something?

Good morning @CanopyChaseSounds

Thanks for reaching out. I think we have just seen your ticket on the Help Desk and we have alerted our specialists to look into this today. It sounds like you are still accessing the cabinets in Demo Mode. Could we ask that you hook up your Captor X to your Mac or PC and start the Torpedo Remote software. Then, log in with your Two notes account credentials and you should see your new purchases downloading to your Two notes license. Then you simply need to transfer these to your Captor X via the "Cabinet Manager" tab in torpedo remote. When the transfer is done, you should be able to access the second microphone.

Please let me know if this helps and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Kind regards,

Ross

Yep that is totally what I was doing! I had done all of the above EXCEPT the bit about transferring it to the Captor X. I will confirm this is working as expected in a few days but I’m sure that is the key.
Thank you for the quick response!
