Saw this earlier. Looks like they were having a sale but most the good stuff is sold out!
Always wanted to try one of the newer versions of the Vai Legacy amps.
They were selling them for $825

To be clear, only the Carvin Audio/Amps side has closed. The Kiesel/Carvin guitar side is not impacted by this as those two split into separate companies in 2015. The guitar side is alive and well.

The v3 100 watt lunchbox looks cool but sold out. The preamp pedal is still available though.
