My wife and I paid off all credit cards and debt about 7-8 years ago. It’s been a blessing.
Only problem is, over time, your credit score actually gets LOWERED if you don’t have any debt! Kind of shows what a scam the whole credit score thing is. ????

When I moved into my current house in 2017 every utility company ran my score to turn shit on. power, internet, phone, water, TV, etc. I'm sitting there going what the shit does my credit have to do with turning on the fucking lights? I've been told that running a credit score is now part of the application process to rent an apartment. WTF is that about? Apparently the entire network beyond just a credit card and personal loan is tied to your credit score. So yes, FUCK that shit system indeed.
