Charlie Kirk Shot

Well, I would check out some of the stuff here on Reddit and scroll down. I'm not saying this as fact, but I'm at least convinced that something else was going on behind the scenes. The Senate voted to block the release of the Epstein files just 3 hours after Kirk died. I'm not implying that Trump had anything to do with this, but rather, just a small group of people that we're not allowed to criticize.

Fucking reddit?

It's weird to me that the right has complained about cancel culture for almost a decade and then when Charlie gets shot and people make retarded statements on social media a bunch of people on the right become part of the cancel culture. Feels great to not participate.

There’s a big difference for cancelling someone for their beliefs rather than celebrating the brutal murder of someone you you disagree with. If you can’t see the difference then there is no point.

Yeah but it's the same thing as someone posting racist stuff on social media and then their employer gets a call about their online activities. Canceling is canceling. It's revolting that these people are posting stuff, and is the great reveal on their true inner character, but getting them fired is going to make them double down, and more desperate and enraged.

You do you. I know you associate with most of the vile POS here anyway.

It will do that, more desperate and enraged....everything BUT make them think they were wrong and rudely insensitive for what they said and did...they will carry on as usual except now unemployed. I relate it to the joyful reaction of many Muslims when the twin towers came down, killing thousands of Americans (and others). These celebrators are in the same category.

Well, if you want to dismiss it without looking into it, fine. But that sub might be banned before you know it. Reddit doesn't exactly love that part of its site.

There has been disgusting vile posts from both sides for a long time after somebody's death. Whether they're a politician, podcaster, protesters, policeman or criminal. It is disgusting and evil.

Well the left has been doing it for years. Some people think it’s time to fight fire with fire. Do you think if the entire right wing once again took the high road that democrats would quit doing it ?
