That doesn't surprise me at all...
In my previous line of employment, if we had to travel to that country, the company issued us the equivalent of a burner phone and laptop. We were not allowed to take our normal company issued equipment.
 
I wonder if India knows what it's in for after schmoozing with the commies, hopefully a divestiture of US companies investments. The almighty dollar rules these situations but public scrutiny and sentiment should have some bearing.

Bill maher is kind of a slimy fucker, and he's not that funny either. I think he saw this coming and shifted sides because he's a smart businessman. He's said a lot of shitty things over the years, like JK did but i think he's just a little smarter than JK. Which doesn't seem that tough.

I want to address some of the discussion about the lack of an exit wound with Charlie. I’m usually not interested in delving into most of this kind of online chatter, and I apologize this is somewhat graphic, but in this case, the fact that there wasn’t an exit wound is probably another miracle, and I want people to know.I just spoke with the surgeon who worked on Charlie in the hospital…He said the bullet “absolutely should have gone through, which is very very normal for a high powered, high velocity round. I’ve seen wounds from this caliber many times and they always just go through everything. This would have taken a moose or two down, an elk, etc.”But it didn’t go through. Charlie’s body stopped it.I mentioned to his doctor that there were dozens of staff, students, and special guests standing directly behind Charlie on the other side of the tent, and he replied:“It was an absolute miracle that someone else didn’t get killed.”“His bone was so healthy and the density was so so impressive that he’s like the man of steel. It should have just gone through and through. It likely would have killed those standing behind him too.”In the end, the coroner did find the bullet just beneath the skin.Even in death, Charlie managed to save the lives of those around him.Remarkable. Miraculous.

This sounds suspicious.

I think saying it most likely would have killed the people behind him is at a minimum overly dramatic.

Did this doctor tell the guy what kind of bullet it was ? There are several kinds and it would definitely make a difference.

A blunt? If he took the time to engrave the bullet he could also have filed the tip?

There's lots of things that I find questionable about his death but all I can do is be patient and let it play out. I don't think we're going to hear the full story to this either. I didn't hear anything about what kind of bullet it was.
 
MLK Jr. was assassinated with a 30-06 as well. Shot in the jaw. Bullet went through jaw/neck, hit spine, and lodged in shoulder. No exit wound either. Medical report says doctors could palpate the bullet in the back of his shoulder, just under the skin.

Autopsy/medical report will probably come out for Kirk at some point after trial. Bullet probably hit his spine (just like MLK Jr.) and deflected inside the body somewhere.
