Please note that the article is very careful to argue that the residual DNA doesn't cause "Turbo cancers," making no mention of a general increased risk of cancer. And I'm not sure that's even true, but appears to be assumed so because they claim there is no evidence of it. In fact, numerous doctors have noted an uptick in aggressive cancers. The "Fact check" probably dismissed that evidence as well because it's not a scientific study and goes against the narrative. Likewise the VAERS data I posted.
Furthermore, they claim that the residual DNA is beneath a certain safety threshold. I'm not sure how they can conclusively state that, given variations in manufacture, bad batches, etc. Either way,
no one believes it's safe to inject too much of the stuff. The article about the study I linked showed "The loads of SV40 enhancer-promoter, ori, and virus spike in Pfizer are up to 186 billion copies per dose."
