This isn’t a knock on Christianity, but even Christians can’t even agree amongst themselves the proper way interpret the teachings of Christ.
I’m just sayin it’s not a clear cut idea and there shouldn’t be an expectation that someone else has the same idea as you
You only say that because you don't have any idea what a Christian is. You should at least be smart enough to realize that the world does not define Christianity, only the bible can define Christianity. Academia, government, media do not define Christianity because the only credible definition cones from the bible.
Since you do not know the Bible, you are entirely ignorant of Christianity. You should at least apply enough thought for a common-sense understanding. You see, many people are called Christian, and many religions are labeled "Christian" religions, but the bible is extremely precise about what a Christian is.
As far as you're concerned, Catholics, Jehova's Witnesses, Mormons, Episcopals, etc. are all lumped together in "Christianity." Well if you choose to continue in that ig orange belief like most the world then go ahead but you will always know that you're purposefully operating on an ignorant belief.
Christians follow the bible. The bible defines our morality, not society or government. You have your own sense of morality because you think you have the capacity to understand GOD and judge His ways. But people with intelligence understand that GOD is perfect, and because anyone with a brain knows nobody is perfect, then we understand the simple logic that something imperfect cannot comprehend perfection.
When it comes to agreement, your observation is correct. The problem is you assume they're all Christians. I'll inform you of the single most important fact of "Christianity," and it's abundantly stated in the bible...
There are only a few real Christians in the world. All the rest are counterfeits, backsliders, and satanic imposters. That is a fact. We're not talking about 50% or 25% either, but just "a small remnant."
So if you say, "Most Christians don't agree with each other," you're incorrect. As Christians, we share one mind, one body, one doctrinal authority, and one triune GOD. We, the very few, all agree with each other.
If you say, "The religious don't agree with each other," then you would certainl6 be correct.
