Nah, “tu quoque” is the name of a particular logical fallacy, otherwise referred to as the “appeal to hypocrisy”. In other words, the fact that I’m a hypocrite who can’t invent a new sound does not refute the point that this is indeed an old sound that has been done thousands of times. The point still stands regardless of my hypocrisy.

Nonetheless, I agree that this is a fine example of hard rock n roll done right. Great guitar, great vocals! Well done!

Glad your so invested in complaining about what's been done so many times. I sure hope you dont play repetitive licks and ideas on your guitar, maybe you dont ever even play the same chord 2x in one month. Congratulations and please , got to a vocabulary forum.

Let it slide man, we're all allowed opinions here and it is a pretty "formulaic" style of music, that many are receptive to, and I like it. Even though it's not ground breaking - I like it. But outside of the tune, the shitslinging ain't really necessary IMHO.

Yes the sound has been around a while, but you can say the same about every new metal band from the last 20 years as well.

theres been i dont know how many "metal" trends in the last 20 years that sound nothing alike


OP song is cool, the rest of the songs i checked out were kind of meh but if youre still yearning for that "dated" 1988 sound its pretty good.

Sorry if I didn't give credit on that but I figured that was well known and we didnt need a PSA but hey I could be wrong. If something hasn't been done maybe that's worth posting. Hopefully everyone realizes rock bands have been around for a couple months now. Lmaool
