oh no the secret is out! I love this channel, listen to it all the time working out. Great way to find new stuff, I'm happy to see other people on here like it too. Sort by popular and start going through them. Here's a few:

all cool stuff!

This is the one that lured me in from my YT feed. At first, I thought it was an old band from the 80s I'd never heard of. It's great to see people still making this music and having the look.

yeah man! I hadn't heard that one yet. It is so cool to see bands keep it going. A lot of these were done in apartments / remote with helix / fractal / tonex's etc.

Some are duds and some are great but there's also tracks that are cool because they're just great songs but the recording is still pretty raw.

How did you find this out? I'm new to all this stuff and just curious.. it seems like much of it is from non-english speaking people from Europe from what little I know about this new music but the band I posted is from the US

I don't remember how I discovered the channel, but most of the time I find music by just clicking random stuff to have in the background while working. From there I found good solos I wanted to learn the searched for the guitarist or hopped on their bandcamp / insta for more info.

Midnight vice above is from Florida, and the lightbringer guy has a youtube channel where he does play-thrus using Helix Native. They seem to be from all over but geographically there seems to be a scene in FL and GA, Canada, and then Europe.

Some of the guys post(ed) on forums and reddit where they go over their gear. Blazon Stone is from Cederic Forsberg who is real cool. He's done a ton of albums and goes over his workflow on his youtube channel (cedric - blazon stone). Also check out Taylor Washington from Paladin. He doesn't really post anymore but he's a great musician.

The channel is more of a collection rather than a label, but it seems to be a common distribution method for smaller metal bands.

I've never really been a huge gutteral vocals metal fan, I do dig a couple bands, Amon Amarth and Brenden Smalls groups.. but my metal side has always been more in the Power, NWOBHM, early Thrash, I discovered most of it way to late in life, but so far im really liking what I have listened to from your links.

I'm pretty much the same preference-wise. Lots of gold on this channel!

Some of these tracks are terrible. I will still pilfer through, surely there are some gems hiding.
