Was placed under arrest and resisted officers with violence and was reaching for a firearm... felony and endangerment

Even if the dude was a threat, he was disarmed and not fighting back. The fact a judge even had to tell federal "officers" not to destroy evidence is just insane to me.

Well, for clarification, in both cases we are talking about left wing riots, not peaceful protests. Also Rittenhouse was there specifically to defend property, not to interfere with LE. He also managed to interact with LE without being confrontational or physical. Something the dead guy we are talking about now did not seem to be able to do. Also, Green Hornet's photo absolutely cannot be used to prove that was a cell phone in his hand. You can't see what the fuck was in his hand.
All that said and keeping in mind that the court of public opinion is bullshit and irrelevant, several things about the videos I have seen disturb me. Including the mag dump into the guy while huddled in mass like that. That dude should never have a gun. It also seems very possible that the presence of a gun, or more specifically one of the agents yelling out " Gun", did that thing it seems to do to cops, which is to flip a switch that makes them really fucking likely to start shooting mother fuckers.

An agent yelling "gun" does not justify the use of deadly force. Even if it did, why 10+ bullets?! Is that not excessive in a public crowded space?
