Ok, I am going to have to try this ASAP... It may not be for everybody but I think it sounds really good myself .
Anyone try this wah for High gain guitar ?

I didn't like it on bass. Then again, I don't like wah at all. Maybe it's just me.

I've been using the crybaby bass mini wah for years now. It's my favorite for guitar. Has shelved all my other wahs.

FWIW I had a conversation about this over the past weekend with a fellow guitarist from another band. He claims to use the bass setting on his wah.

I’m with you. I don’t like wah on a bass. That said I did in fact use a five oh whatever Q Dunlop bass wah on guitar for a long time and I liked it a lot.

Tried this before and it works well.......

It's not for everyone but it sounds pretty good.

I own one. Definitely a different sound than my other wah pedals. Sounds more like a envelope filter than a wah.

I need another wah like a hole in the head but I have to try it...
There is no fasel induction, the pedal is an envelope filter. It's also an auto return operation which I prefer, not push button.
I was using a Crybaby 95Q before which is also auto return. Also have an OG Cantrell, ZW and Dime wahs. All packed away.

When you use the bass wah it's more like "funky"...... more R&B type tone..... Hard to explain but yeah and more compression.

If you have a Fractal product, you can alter all aspects of the wah to mimic everything and do things that do not exist otherwise.
