Yeah he's looking brutal. Not sure in interested in anything new from Whitesnake and frankly, hearing the classics live tuned down kills it for me. I think I'm tapping out on the band at this point.
 
Hate to say it but last summer his voice was absolutely SHOT for Rockfest here in Wi. And yes they were like 1.5 steps downtuned. Just not good. I almost felt bad for the whole band.
 
Two weeks ago, I began a regiment of eating a large bowl of Raisin Bran before bed every night. I've been pooping 2-3 times before lunch, with little or no odor. The last one smelled like a warm country biscuit! :thumbsup:
 
I am not interested in seeing them either. Saw them back in 2002 with Dokken and Scorpions and they sounded great. Heard recent shows and Coverdale has lost it.
 
That video was horrible...never heard his voice sound so destroyed...just unlistenable. If this is not an aberration he should hang it up. literally can't sing at all any more if he now is like this video.
 
Whitesnake and Dave have had a good run. If people continue to show up at gigs than keep playing. They still draw a huge crowd after all these decades.
 
I hear Napalm Death is looking for a new singer. Seems like a good match.
 
He should find a replacement for his voice!! No more voice for him!!
 
Tommy Aldridge is still going strong it seems. That guy has some good genes goin' on …. :rock:

What do you think the real reason was Doug decided to leave the band! There comes a time when some singers should celebrate their career and retire. No different than a sports player calling it quits. He probably did not want to be a part of the washed up stigma anymore with DC
 
Kinda stopped paying attention after that Hammersmith dvd where he doctored all his vocals in the studio. He's turned into one ugly grandmother. Him and Steven Tyler should do like a really slutty calendar together and market it on granny porn sites.
