My wife and I are huge Gilmour fans so we decided to catch his show in NY 04/11/16. We bought tickets when they went on sale last July and it sold out in about 2 seconds. We flew up last Friday for the weekend and the show was Monday night. It was amazing. Haven't seen him since 1994 with Pink Floyd. My wife and I both got chills several times during his set he was so awesome and to see him in a historic venue like The Garden is something we will never forget. We talked to people that had flown in from Argentina and Germany to see him. He played a 3 hour set with a 15 minute intermission. Below is some pics from the show. You Tube won't let me post video from the show.

I missed this ims so pissed off i hope i get to see him some day

Great pics! Like you, the last time I saw him/floyd, was Yankee Stadium in 94. I thought about going the other day, but life once again got in the way.

Just from those pics, it looked like it was great.

I caught that show too. Amazing!

Cool! I remember it was on a Fri and Sat night. I went to both, on the Sat night show, I hung outsite the stadium with a few of my friends while the rest were inside. Could hear Floyd playing on the other side of the wall, no pun on that..

Start smoking all kinds of stuff, a cop walks up to me and I swear on everything holy, he asks for a hit on the bowl.
A minute later myself and two of my friends are getting high with the cop outside the stadium while Floyd are playing and I'm seriously bugging out over the whole thing and thinking that he's going to arrest us.

He points over across the street and tells us that his partner is snorting lines with his friends at the park.
To this day, it still blows my mind.

Only at a Floyd show does this shit happen

Was he playing Hiwatts ... ?
I'm not sure. I was to far back to tell. I'm guessing so though.

When I saw them in 94 in Houston it was in the rain. It was incredible. Best show I've ever seen.

Here is a link to see some video. YouTube has banned me from posting the video apparently.

I was as this show as well. Last time i saw him was at Radio City Music Hall in 2006. His voice has never sounded better. I can't get over how much his shows mean to me. It's just an onslaught of awesomeness.

I was also at this show. His performance was spot on and gave me goosebumps. I have a feeling this is his swan song :(

My wife and I had goosebumps as well. Especially during the choruses of Us and Them. Just amazing. We got them many other times through out his set. His voice was awesome. He's close to 70 isn't he? Can't be to many tours left in him. My wife got laid off the day before we left for this trip. She works in oil and gas. Made it through 9 rounds of layoffs since January of 2015. Numbers finally caught up with her. We damn near cancelled the trip. But this was a once in a lifetime trip for us. To miss seeing him at The Garden on possibly his last tour was something that would have hurt even more on top of her loosing her job.
