Western European cities and towns are cancelling their Christmas markets, some with hundreds of years of history, instead of dealing with the real problem. SMH

A big part of the problem, "punishment": living rent-free in jail or prison with a bed and 3 squares a day. For most of them, better than they had it in their own country. We will never go back to corporal punishment but we need to....the punishment should fit the crime.
