Hehe, I'm the same way. I was able to try one out when I visited NY this spring and It took a LOT of willpower to leave the store without it.
Fortunately, I was able to find a used one locally thanks to Jonny toetags.

After hearing the track, I raced home, fired up the VTM60 (my Mark III is with MikeB @ Mesa) and ran thru the tune twice to get a vibe, then recorded this take. Plenty of duffed notes, but fuck it, I gave it a shot.
